Hi, I just bought the template but when I try to upload it to Freshmail I’m getting an error. Can you assist me with this?

Thanks for the screenshot. Please try to uncheck the “Place CSS style inline” when importing because I already done inline all the CSS.

FreshMail doesn’t have a template builder or any template TAG requirement for a custom HTML template. So it can use any HTML file to import. However, if you don’t know HTML you can freely use StampReady builder for customize template and export HTML file to use with FreshMail.

here demo video

Problem solved. Thank you for your help! :)

You’re welcome. I would appreciate if you can rate my template too. Thank you :)

Are you still supporting this item? Wanted to get straight before purchase. If using “FreshMail” the snow animation SHOULD work on recipients email browsers OTHER than gmail? Will Outlook clients usually have to “download images” to view?

Yes, I do. but the snow animation is only work in native email app on IOS device or view in webversion(not directly in email clients). Actually, Gmail doesn’t support CSS Keyframe too. For Outlook it’ll depend on how subscriber set to auto download image or not. Mostly, it’ll set to “click to download image” by default.
