hello I installed the theme and I found two problems: 1- edge countdown is set for year 2015 to 2020 so i can’t use it. 2- timetable only shows dummy data correctly and I can’t show my own events and columns in the timetable just the columns are being shown and not the hours and description

The header appears two times when the width of the screen is reduced. This is happening even in your demo site (conference demo). Ticket already raised. Please assist.

I have installed the theme but while updating the demo content, it stops at 90% with timeout error of 500. I have increased the resources as mentioned in your documentation.

Why does the countdown only work with dates until end of 2020? my event is gonna be in 2021. i want the countdown to count until a date in 2021… can you fix that?

Ok great! This is a feature missing in other event themes. This means I actually modify the event single template, and each subsequent event created through the admin by the client will use that template, right ? Can I create several templates for the client to choose from ?

This means that you will be able to edit the Event page with WPBakery plugin. You can save a template, or several ones if you wish to use it for the event page, or you could edit it from scratch using our themes shortcodes and WPBakery plugin.

Hi, because of the COVID19, we had to postponed our meeting in December, so we had to postponed the Website creation. Now, we have an issue with the plugin TIMETABLE, the pages have been created (timetable-for-wordpress-sample-2,etc ) but on each pages we do not have plannings, but some buttons who goes directly to QuanticaLabs that propose us to buy the Timetable plugin again ? The edge countdown stops at 2020. A lot of events have been cancelled or postponed until next year, my client included. Is there going to be an update to this feature? Also, I have written several times about updating WPBakery, and every time I’m told “once we receive the update we’ll send it to you”, I haven’t received an update since version 6.0.5 which is more than a year old. They’re now up to version 6.4.0. Is there anyway to receive the updated version of the page builder? Thank you in advance for any assistance you may be able to provide.

2. You do have a custom post type Events where you do create your events, and you do have a Timetable shortcode to show your events on a page.

No, Elementor hasn’t been tested. Also, all of the demo content has been created with WPBakery, and it can only be recreated and edited with WPBakery.

Hi, I’m facing many issues with that theme : there is no slider at all in all Home page and no way to handle it, I have a dark zone. Could you please fix it or give a way to fix it. Please follow the instructions from the article, and you will successfully import the sliders. Regarding the WPBakery, you don’t need to buy it (or activate the license), since this plugin comes bundled with the theme. Read more about the bundled plugins here:

Hi, Presale question, I was going to purchase this but it looks like your last changelog is as of May18th, 2019. There have been many changes to WP and plugins since that date. Are you no longer supporting this theme or not planning on continued and frequent updates?
I dont want to purchase this and then find out afterwards, you only plan to update this once a year. I had this issue previously with another theme and things like this scare me as a customer. When is your next planned update for this theme please?

We can’t tell exactly when it is going to be released, but our developers are working hard on preparing updates for all our themes, and we will release them by one one. We hope that update will be available soon.
Xpo 1.3.1 features still-up-to-date versions of bundled plugins, such as WPBakery and WooCommerce, but regardless of that, you can always ask us for the latest plugin updates and we’ll provide you with those. We never dropped support for any of our theme, so don’t worry about that.

Ok. one other presale question, for the schedule, If I purchase would a request like asking how to make the accordion size smaller be something I can do or will I be turned away for customization?
