Their support is great, they offer a quick turnaround, and get you on your way in no time.

for Bugs

Many bugs and slow customer support :
1/ Timetable : not possible to download the templates, the system ask to buy the plugin ? impossible to create a simple timetable without many bugs, so impossible to use it !
2/ Countdown bugs with translation and even the customer support have issues
3/ Some translations are impossible even with Poedit, Loco translate, etc…
4/ The support is very slow , I had to relaunch many time for each bug and the answer are the same, we loose a lot of time.
We are very disappointed and DO NOT recommend the Theme.

Sorry to hear that you feel this way. We are sorry however we could not locate your request so would appreciate it if you could provide us with your request ID so we can check this. We do understand that you are experiencing difficulties and that help is needed but our support team is trying their best to answer all our customers request.

All our themes are translatable and as your description for timetable and Countdown are not enough to know what it might be about we are sure our support team will give their best to check this on your end and help you, as well as we do hope that once this is sorted that you will reconsider your rating.

Hello,

We are constantly working on updating all our themes. We're aware new versions of plugins and assets are released daily and we try as much as we can to keep up.
At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out.

We can’t tell exactly when it is going to be released, but our developers are working hard on preparing updates for all our themes, and we will release them by one one. We hope that update will be available soon.

But if you need an immediate update of any of the plugins, please submit a ticket on our support forum at https://edge.ticksy.com/ and one of our support agents will provide you a newest version.

for Documentation Quality

The main framework is okay but isn't updated very often.
There is a 'Team' section you are to use for speakers but this isn't clear and is confusing.
The Speakers are not connected to the timetable (that i can find as the timetable is an external plugin).
There are quite a few bugs like the speaker popup doesn't work in current browser versions.
Documentation is not well structured and very broad and doesn't help alot with implementation.

It's not easy to get used to this theme and to install demo theme is not what I expected.
