Missing style sheet error when installing the theme

A common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a "Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme. This error message does not mean that the theme you have purchased is broken, it simply means it has been uploaded incorrectly. Luckily, there is a very easy fix.

What do you need before submitting a support request?

1) Check our documentation for the answer to your question:

- Video tutorials

2) Make sure you are running the latest version of XStore theme, XStore core plugin and the latest version of WordPress. Follow the documentation to update theme.

3) Check if you flushed the caches and CDN if you faced issues after theme update

4) Disable any additional third-party party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme to see if it fixes the issue.
