How to get support for the XStore WooCommerce Theme
What do you need before submitting a support request?
1) Check our
documentation for the answer to your question:

2) Make sure you are running the latest version of
XStore theme,
XStore core plugin and the latest version of WordPress.
Follow the
documentation to update theme.
3) Check if you
flushed the caches and CDN if you faced issues after theme update
4)
Disable any additional third-party party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme to see if it fixes the issue.
