Customer service was very interested, they provided a solution to the problem immediately.

Theme is really good but cannot say the same thing about the Customer Support, there is a Nora who is repeating my issue back to me or otherwise "keep saying it's custom request not a technical issue", all the technical issues reported are been listed but no answers, i have to wait for them to fell like fixing it, and so far nothing for months.
