Hi, I have your theme for 2 years now but with the last updates I just can’t find the option to edit widgets. To be more specific, on Mega Menu where the categories are shown in dropdown, I have 3 products shown which I want to change, but there is no option to do this. Is there any way you can help me? Some time ago I bought the template and from the beginning I had some display problems, especially where the products are displayed (one row overlapped with the other).

But at that point it didn’t happen that often, and it wasn’t annoying. Now, it happens in all product categories and all the time.

And it does not allow to correctly visualize the products that I sell, which causes me to lose sales. I leave the link of the web, so that you can enter to see it for yourself.

Hi I have installed and activated the base data but it looks like there is missing css? All the page content is in one long Coolum on the left?

I really don’t get it. I’ve imported the demo content for reference but one gets a lot of broken elements and weird stylings. For example ‘Demo 5’ don’t work at all. ‘Demo 11’ is giving me kind of the same layout but not styling, and it’s adding a ‘category’ menu besides the search box that I can’t get rid of and the search icon is of and does not look like demo. The theme won’t apply the footer either… nothing really looks like the demos unfortunately. And I can’t change product page styling like from 1 to 2 either. I’ve reinstalled this theme with plugins several times now without any progress. The guide manual is not that helpful either when it comes to properly set up the theme and functions. It’s been an headache so far…

it is not working properly, i want to refund the theme.

This theme is really confusing to setup. Footer keep showing design by joommasters and cant change to our own footer. I have raised a ticket hopefully author will respond asap or I would like a full refund.
