Poor development. Content page layout is defined by Boostrap html tags in textarea meaning you can’t use ckeditor….
Ckeditor just a module that you can install at any time. I just used to import content Textarea form (the text).

That is the basic HTML code, these codes you can not enter via ckeditor. Ckeditor just tools.
This is what I meant by poor development.
Content block placement shall be handled by coding not by hmtl tags otherwise simply provide html template but don’t call it Drupal theme
