I’ve been waiting 22 hours for tech support to resolve an “Invalid byte position (current: 0, received: 0)” issue.

This theme worked perfectly fine 2 years ago. When i reused it, i was unable to load the default demo install.

I’m wondering how much longer this will take. I’d just like it to functionally be able to load the demo content for my “Yolo” theme without the need for a manual install.

Any help please? I’m not getting any responses, and this is giving me anxiety given the deadlines I’m trying to keep.

One essential folder in the installation package is missing. Author can’t help with it. Do not buy this theme it’s just waste of money!

Hello! My client bought the theme. But there is no support in it – plugins are very outdated, demo data is not loaded.

Where to get demo data?

I got a response from your team saying that the issue was fixed, but it is not.

I replied via emailing stating this and even sent a video screencast of the issue still happening. That was 8 days ago and I still have not heard back. I have also followed up and still no response.

Can you please look into this? I would appreciate a response – I’m unable to use the blog with this theme until the issue is fixed.

I hope your day is going great! I’m using your Yolo theme and love it. Only one huge problem. I get errors in my header.

another is: more” /> more” /> more” />

The last error with “more” /> more” /> more” />” only shows on the post page.

They seem to be all coming from Yolo theme php.

How do I fix these? I don’t want to purchase and start building from scratch on a new theme.

Hi there, I’m running into an issue where I’m getting a 500 server error when browsing to specific pages on our site. For example, browsing to our blog at first shows a white screen with the message “The site is experiencing technical difficulties.”. Typically I can refresh and then the page loads fine, but the issue is intermittent, and when it does happen there is a PHP fatal error that appears in our error log.

After testing, I have determined that this is only happening when the Unyson plugin is activated. I’ve tried updating Wordpress, Updating our PHP version, updating all plugins, but nothing seems to fix this. I cannot deactivate this plugin because your theme is dependent on it.​

Can you please look into this? I have sent an email to bearsthemes@gmail.com since I am unable to open a support ticket. According to our error logs the issue has been happening since installing the theme.

I have two issues with the theme. 1. I’m trying to delete the secondary menu from the home page but somehow it doesn’t allow me. 2. I want to delete the title bar and I don’t know how. I tried to do it from customization but it didn’t work.

Installing on a Local Server. Importing demo content with onclick option returns and error and leads to a database connection error. What could be the cause

DigitalMG1 save yourself a lot of aggravation, find a different theme. This theme is far too buggy and support non-existent. Bearsthemes will only tell you to open a ticket and say they’ll fix your issue, they don’t explain what’s wrong. There’s no documentation either. This theme has never been updated and isn’t even listed on Bearsthemes’ site anymore.
