C. we have some option to make private listings, and subscription need to be active for such listings details, so probably possible, maybe custom coding will be needed, also possible for reasonable pricing

Not sure exactly what you expecting on this part, Companies will show jobs listings created by workers/freelancers. yes you can use AGENT account for this, maybe you mean like companies need to pay to see job listings, thats also possible with private listings feature.

Hi. I really like your clean theme but have a few questions, to see if it will work for our requirements:
1. Is it really essential to have WooCommerce if we want to sell listing packages? It is a very bloated plugin for a site which is not really a shop. Is it possible to take payment for packages via Stripe / PayPal?
2. Is it possible to customise the search facility? If not, in the 2nd “Where?” search form, can we make sure the user can only select from places where there are listings? The worst is a no results search results page!
3. Are there automatic notifications for people listing on the website, to warn them their listing is about to expire?
4. Can you charge users (advertisers) extra for featured search results?

1. no, for manual payments and paypal only, woocommerce not required, for stripe and other required. If you use clean basic woocommerce only for this purpose works fine don’t worry, usualy third parity plugins for woocommerce may be troublesome.
2. Possible to customize search form, you entering locations in dash
3. there are some email notifications
4. yes for rank packages actually, higher rank means higher position in results.
If you will need some customization also possible but cost additional.

Hello again. I have had a look in the backend. 2 questions:
1. Currencies have to be manually updated, correct? This is too much work on an ongoing basis. I guess we can add a curency converter plugin which keeps rates updated?
2. The subscription packages are unfortunately too limited for our requirement. We want to offer a free package and a paid package. On the free package we want to select what features their listing can have (to encourage them to go for the paid listing). I guess you will not be adding this functionality to your theme for the moment?

3. When a user wants to add their location it only offers states in the US. How are we suppose to offer gloabal locations with this theme?
4. Has this theme been tested with several thousand listings? Some themes get very slow after a lot of listings have been added.

2. yes this is supported, free package also possible.
3. you can enter more/any locations in dashboard
4. we made testing with 100.000 listings and loads under 2sec if you have no third parity plugins, usually for larger project when you have above that you need custom cloud solution, what we also can provide as customization services.

Hello sanljiljan. What I am looking to do on the free listing is just to allow a very minimum. So they cannot add a map location, photos or website for example. They can only add their business name and a short description. Is this possible? From the backend I saw this was not possible, and there was little customisation that can be done between subscriptions (but maybe I did not fully understand).
Right, thats not supported, so you can’t enable specific fields based on subscription type, only based on category you can hide/show specific fields.

C we have some menu table so yes they can use this table to show previous works, but will not be automatic
D ok they can contact them via inquiry form
E thats possible with direct bank payment or with communication betwen them

There is no sense to build all specific listings pages in elementor since this will be to complex for users, users don’t know how to use elementor.
