I had a bug (or what I thought was a bug.. turns out it was leftover files from another application I tested for 2 min and then uninstalled) and they were able to find the issue of the leftover app files and fix my issue.

After 4-months I regret purchasing this theme! I have found too many problems with the theme and when I contact the theme developers to inform them about the problems they just don't want to fix them and all you get is a rude response or copy and pasted messages, and these copy and pasted messages never relate to the emails I sent them, which is very frustrating! The customer support is an absolute disgrace and I have never experienced such bad service in my life, it is very unprofessional and actually quite childish! The theme looks good on the outside but on the inside, the theme does not function like it should and the bugs make the theme very disappointing, especially if you have a fashion business with multi-listings! I have purchased many themes from ThemeForest and these other companies will fix issues in their themes in a heartbeat and never ask for money if the theme has a bug, but this so-called eTheme UK (that are in Russia) ask for money to fix everything, or they just don't care. They have uploaded a new updated theme 2-weeks ago and this new updated theme still has the same issues, not good!

This theme could be so good if the theme developers would stop being so stubborn and fix these serious problems with the theme - if they were to listen it would only make the theme even better, but they just won't listen to you, which I think is quite strange as I when I mention these problems to them I only pointing them out to help them and fix the issues!

Thank you for your purchase and feedback. I'm really confused.
This is your second review. The first one was deleted by nevato support staff because it was - aggresive, offensive and nonpolite.

1) Please, keep in mind that this is not copypasted reply.

2) Can you be more specific what issues and where did you find with our theme?

3) Our team is from Ukraine (no Russia). So, i'm assuming that "Uk" is ok for Ukraine.

4) Our support staff don't want to earn money on your customization. By saying that "your issues are out of the measures of regular support package" we are leting know to clients that required issues are not the part of regular support. We advice our customers to hire outside shopify developer (not our team) for adjusting and fixing (not our bugs) etc.

5) We will be glad to issue refund if youaren't satisfied wiht our theme. Please, let me know if you are interested in.

This is an OK Shopify theme which it appears mainly owes its popularity to winning the Envato Shopify theme creation contest which may have been a while ago. As for the present, from my own experience and looking at other customers' threads with issues similar to mine on their support forums, it looks like the developer(s) or support agent(s) are quite simply put dodgy persons who evade their customer support responsibilities.
Tactics include:
- pasting link to documentation without a single other word even if you (as in my case) show that you've consulted the documentation and the basic Shopify feature does not work properly as it does in other themes.
- claiming that support issues are requests for customisation which require extra "compensation" when in they are obviously bugs with multiple threads created for them by several customers.

No doubt, they'll respond asking me about the specific issues and offering a refund but the fact is I can't afford the time to show interest. I've spent a lot of time on my stratup store and changing to another theme at this moment is not feasible nor copying and pasting issues from their forums which they are totally aware of.

Wish good luck to developers and hope they come up with a better method maybe paid plans that give them continous money flow to enable them to provide excellent customer support that buyers deserver. Otherwise, just be upfront with it and say "not supported."

But, I think that there is some misunderstanding in definition of support. I don’t know why but some users think that if they pay for support - they hire Shopify developer for their website creation. Support isn’t hiring our developer to make your custom updates and fixing bugs that aren’t related to our theme. The cost of the theme is $60. $25 is Envato fee. So, author gets only $35. Only $10 from this sum is cost of item support. Our average rate for our Shopify developer is $25/hour. So, we can spend for support only maximum 30 minutes per each sale. We can’t afford making customization on the side of the client. Maximum that we can do is answering questions about theme’s functionality via our support forum. We can’t consultate, teach etc. We simply don’t have time to provide this kind of service.

Yes, may be some customers require advanced service, but it’s cost can’t be $60. To avoid stress, misunderstanding we strongly advice hiring some Shopify specialist for making required customizations according to your desire.

Very happy with this. Transformed a 1 year old struggling bad looking Shopify shop into a beautiful website in less than two weeks. Very short learning curve and lots of customization options.
