Hi, I just bought this ZAD theme and nothing works for me! I can’t install the demos and it doesn’t bring me the plugins it says it does!

Hi Leon, We didn’t update this item from a while and unfortunately I don’t do regular support for this item at the current time and of course this has been written in out Item description. The Visual Composer plugin only works when I DISABLE Zad Core. Othrewise the visual composer just spins forever. What can I do??? Please help! Thank you in advance.

Hello team! We are using your theme and we got a new question. Es posible to delete the sticky header in a single page. We manage to delete the header but not the sticky one. We want it in order to create a landing page and we don´t need the sticky header. Could you help? regards!

Hello Muerevacio, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately it’s not possible to disable sticky header from page setting right now. you can do that through global theme option setting.However you can work around with CSS by (display:none) header.sticky-ready in that page

But now am getting the following error

There seems to be a problem with zad-core interfering with Yoast SEO when generating the meta description, specifically injecting javascript code in the header before jQuery is being included, which results in two “ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined” in the console.

In your documentation, its says that Visual Composer has both front and backend editors (http://www.katonpress.net/documentation/zad/page-builder/) my setup is missing the frontend editor button in the page builder – I spoke to WP Bakery and after testing plugin conflicts it seems the Zad Core Plugin has disabled the functionality of this button.

I was wondering why you have turned it off? And if I want this functionality how do I enable it?

Hi Joe,
The Visual Composer frontend button has been intentionally disabled to avoid any JS conflict with our shortcode scripts. If it’s important to you and you like to activate the frontend visual composer button, You can activate it by modifying the following code :
please open zad-core plugin, Go to extend_vc/init.php file and remove the following line (Line 07)
vc_disable_frontend();

Theme acts kinda weird. I’m inheriting it from the previous developer, and when you log in and view a page from the edit screen, you’re logged out (no theme edit bar above content), and the preview button doesn’t open a new window. So workflow is inconvenient…is this a VC problem, the theme or the customization?

Hi, we have this template in an existing website but we wanted to use it in a second website, tried installing it locally using xammp, however the images in the product page when click will not popup instead it will open the image in another tab, and one more thing there is now way we can add image in the single product page header. Is this possible to apply? We will soon buy another license for this template once this is sorted out

Hi, I’ve logged a support request regarding this. Portfolio items + testimonials are not displaying on the front end when we create a portfolio element or testimonials element with visual composer. They are also not displaying in the imported demo content pages.
