I love this theme! Very customizable, I was able to take the 'bones' of the theme and rework it to match my branding. Support is very good, my questions were answered quickly, and they update pretty regularly.
If you are looking for an Etsy or Shopify substitute, this theme is a great choice.
They have a great support, and help you to solve any issue you may have in your website

Excellent! One of the best themes I've worked with, combined with great customer support.
I have had serious issues with the theme from the beginning. No menu loaded, Stock images that are not customizable, and my logo takes up half of the home page. I can't even take my site out of maintenance mode for a month because it looks so bad with over lapping images, and no menu. Communicating on this forum does no good. I waited two weeks for a response only to receive one calling me a liar and saying there was nothing wrong with this theme because I asked for a refund. Keep your money, you obviously need it! You will not get help if there are any problems, which is too bad because it is a nice looking theme.
This is not user-friendly, and I was not able to use it at all. Very disappointed.

The theme is brilliant and have excellent ellements and outstanding design tools and effects. Also the tools are so many and you have many choises for the design. Only the support is not very quick.
There are literally no tutorials on either Rigid, or Zass. The only support you are offered is aforum, and users can hide their responses and questions, so you literally learn nothing. I love both of these themes (Zass and Rigid), but even changing an image on the demo is proving impossible.

the support forums are an "industry standard" for wordpress themes support.
Also, you never asked for help about anything.
"Hidden" answers are actually "private replies" and usually contain sensitive data as admin credentials and that's normal too.
What we found not really normal is leaving a 1-star review before even asking for help, so we are going to report your review as false and unjustified.
Changing an image on both themes is actually pretty easy and not really theme related, as both themes rely on one of the most popular page builders. If you have asked in the forums like any other user your problem would have been already solved.
