Although the team was able to provide me with a solution that left me extremely happy (I basically needed to get an updated version of the Visual Composer plug in from them) they did take too long to reply.
I totally understand people are busy with stuff in their lives, but, being that we work in an industry where things need to move very fast (specially when something is broken and must go live) then I'd expect the customer service to be fast as well. But having to wait 24 hours for an email reply is just a little too long.
THAT said, I completely enjoy their Zebre theme. Don't over think it...BUY IT.
