I'm sorry to hear that, but I have to say I'm really confused over this, as I looked in the support system/emails/comments and couldn't find any tickets from you.
It's important to note that if you experience any issues with the theme, all you have to do is open a ticket and it will be investigated. If what you report is confirmed as a bug, it will 100% be fixed via a free theme update. Zeen is updated regularly, and if you look at the changelog, all reported bugs are always fixed.
Regarding the Zeen theme options: If an option doesn't appear to have an effect, it can only really either be a bug or you may be misunderstanding what the option is supposed to do, either way, if you open a ticket about it, we can 100% fix or clarify it for you :)
Regarding Let's Review's, the plugin's review schema 100% works fine and is 1000% valid. You can confirm this by checking your url in Google's data schema testing tool: https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool
What has actually happened is websites have abused the review schema with spam for a long time (remember seeing sites with "1-5 star ratings" at the end of text articles to show "review" data in the search results?), so Google made big changes last year and clamped down on them hard. They changed the schema requirements so all review schema became invalid (Let's Review got an update with the new schema requirements quite soon after). But now even if you have 100% valid review schema, Google still won't show it very often. It will only show review schema if it is convinced it is not spammy and the search intent of the searcher warrants seeing it. In short: The plugin was updated a long time ago already to update to Google's latest requirements, but you can't force Google to show anything in the search results.
And you aren't being demanding by saying this, I just wish you'd use the proper channels (support system) to ask for help with it, as a review like this can be quite damaging to a theme's reputation, especially when you haven't even given us a chance to try to help or provide you with more info about the issue (Such as the review one).
