While the theme should make the job easier, it makes it quite difficult. No response to support request. I want to give back!

there is no customer support, i have been waiting days, put ticket on their support system nothing, comment on here, nothing, their online chat - nothing. Also it is not very configurable despite what they say, very little control over images, fonts, styling, i imported demo default14, header noticce, cant change background image, cant add more sub menus to the top bar, cant change background colour of mega menus, the list goes on and on, which is a shame as it looked promising when you read about it on here, if i could give a negative review i would.
A very flexible template, with complete tools. You will have to study it a bit, and the author´s support is fast, but after a small learning curve, this theme offers a beautiful bootstrap 4 solution for Opencart stores.

Unable to install design, lot of errors in installing. Homepage is not showing correctly as shown in demo. Best sellers and featured products are being displayed multiple times. To add to all this no proper support is available. I started seeking Customer support and did not get it. Now when I seek Refund the refund form has no scope to enter my Bill no.... A total waste of money..!!!

Sorry, my last comment was wrong. Templates work correctly on clean OpenCart, don't use ocStore (Russion version of OpenCart)

Terrible customer support and the OpenCart demo install is not working. Very clunky and poor customer service. Too bad because it is a nice looking theme but only if you plan on heavy customizatiion.
