BK theme builder was unable to be accessed on any page after auto-update of WP to ver 5.5
ACTION TAKEN Manually updated your theme to version 1.04 but currently running theme via Child – Does Child need to be updated also?
Ninja Forms now has serious issues and has been disabled automatically by WordPress!
All other plugins with updates available have been updated at this time. Slider Revolution was manually updated and seems to be working fine !
RESULTS The following warning was displayed on the application of the jQuery Migrate Helper Plugin. I am able to at least access the BK Bakery builder on the site page now to edit them.

The envato Updater you linked to above does not exist and we can find nowhere to update to the latest version of WPBakery Page Builder.
Version 6.6 is now available and we are running at least 3 to 4 versions behind. Please advise us as to how to update this…

6 months ago when we purchased this theme you stated clearly here in the comments section that this was something you were going to FIX !

You can try to update it manually.
- Download the latest theme version from ThemeForest.
- install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/
- update theme
- update all bundled plugins.
We are going to update the theme and bundled plugins in the next hour.

Thanks for the reply… am i to believe you’ve just asked me to upload a plugin to a site that is over two years out of date and hasn’t been updated by it’s developer since 2019?
I’m sorry but no… there’s no chance that the plugin is in any way compatible with version 5.7 of WordPress for starters…
Not to mention the code exploits i’d be leaving the site open to that anyone could have worked on exploiting in the past two years.
Bearing in mind WP is open source anyone at all has had two years to play with the code in this plugin you’ve told me to download.

So is the latest version of the builder now avaialble for download with the theme?
Is it stand alone … can i simply upload it… whats the proceedure for updating it.? Do i have to remove the existing version of the plugin? If so do I also have to delete the old directory / folder it used off the server entirely to prevent errors saying that this plugin still exisits.?
Hav you been through the process yourself. Whats the best way to carry this update out for WP Bakery Builder to version 6.6 where version 6.5 is currently installed

I just cloned the site to a staging area to work on it and much to my surprise I found the following!
The update process was much simpler than previously… Update for Plugin: Zefirr Core Update was waiting to be applied when I logged in …
Once updated the WPBakery Page Builder was also available to update and it updated right there in the back end of WordPress to the latest version .6.6 !
BRAVO.. ! If only all themes and plugins were as easy as this to update! KUDOS to you’s guys!

As you do not answer open support tickets. Here is my message: Hello! I acquired the theme a few days ago and when installing it the server I was using did not support the requirements, so it was necessary to look for another server to develop the site. The account where the site had been activated first no longer exists anymore and so I started a new account on another server to create the site (which meets the requirements of the theme). However, when activating the theme in the new location, I receive the following message: THIS PURCHASE CODE ALREADY REGISTERED
To make it clearer: I just needed to move the site to another server to meet the site’s system requirements, and then start developing it.
I await solution, because I have a deadline for delivery and I am waiting for the solution. Otherwise, I will notify Themeforest to cancel the purchase.

I had been using zefir on my development domain whilst i was building the website however now i am transferring it to live domain and i have deactivated it on the previous domain however it wont allow me to register it on the live domain saying that its already registered even though i have deactivated it. Thanks for your response. Forgive my confusion, I am referring to the Zefirr theme… I’m not sure if that’s what you mean by the ‘new’ themes? But yes, my client wants to have her menu float even (especially?) on the mobile version. The floating header and menu is perfect when viewing the demo on the computer but for some reason is non existent on the mobile. I am comparing features in a couple themes and this was specifically requested… Thanks again.
