I bought last year but that should not affect anything. I did a new install of Wordpress on one.com and having the problem to import the data.
Therefore I can’t open ticket and it’s not an xml import issue as I tried the manual method and the xml imported. But the full theme does not work.
Not sure I understand what you mean? It’s the same domain just that I reinstalled the wordpress. Why can’t I not import? I’m not asking for any feature addition. I saw an public ticket where even a new user bought and had the same problem.

Theme has been fine then all of a sudden now there is some conflict so the entire WordPress backend doesn’t work? i read about this and which update will fix this. I think the WP version is 5.5

i just purchased this item about a week ago and i have been having issues importing the demo content. when ever i try it starts downloading but fails to import and i am behind schedule and really need to finish up work on time

Nope it’s free plugin and all related shortcodes customized and added under zozo elementor module. So no need to Elementor pro to renew yearly. Hope it’s save $. Thank you

Hello, I am just wondering if there is any guide or directive you guys can give. Of all my over 100 themes and websites I never get issue except on the website where I used this theme. It keeps showing up as forbidden every now and then. The only plugins I added were wp optimize and wp total cache. Thats about it. I dont have any issue with other websites. I will appreciate any help you can give.
This is the message from my host.
We did check dicayorkton.com and we see it loaded to a white page . While troubleshooting we did discovered the .htaccess file had handlers set to show a 403 forbidden. When renaming the file we see the site loads.
Currently we are seeing the layout loading as off due to a theme issue with theme zegen. We do recommend reviewing with your developer and installing a new theme.

These are basic errors that you suppose to fix it on the theme, because otherwise it has seen like all these issues are just for you guys to pushing to the customers to buy support license, so they can get the support.
