Thanks for purchasing the theme. You probably didn’t extract and install the correct file. The main theme name is zeino.zip Check our download package and extract it.

If you still face the same issue, Please send us (layerdrops@gmail.com) your login information we will install the theme and demo for you.

One question: Would you recommend deleting the old content first before installing the new theme? I mean the old layout could mess up with the new one.

You can use WordPress reset plugin which will make your site clean and fresh install but you will lose all of your content.

How do I bring the default layout and settings of the theme, especially for the front page, once I have deleted the content from the pages of my website?

I deleted the front page of the old theme as well.

I was hesitant to use the WordPress Reset plugin per your recommendation, because it would destroy the current database prefix and the plugins a web developer installed to protect my website from hack attacks.

Oh that’s bad. Now please first you should do demo import, and then better if you install it in a different directory and then customize as per your need, After that you can implement it to your current working website.

Where do I get the demo website?

Do I have to go to Appearance >> Import Demo Data >> Click on the “Import Demo Data” button?

I’d like to know how I can change the background color of the “Discover More Features” section on my website? (http://appsolutemarketingx.com/).

I want the background in white. It’s been a struggle to figure this out. I was expecting to get done real fast with the website but Elementor is giving me a hard time. The second issue was to position the image file leaning more left towards the text. I have literally clicked everywhere, watched videos but I can’t figure this out. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Update values and add this to CSS in WordPress. It will solve your problem.

It’s css value to update. Currently image is centered from top and right is 70px

We have used css mostly to align image and other colors. you can easily update by css.

I added the code and its working.

Having said this we shouldn’t be relying on codes to make the theme work. We should be able to edit it intuitively with simple drag and drop, copy and past functionalities.

The navigation menu from the content pages is missing and the contact box color tone in the footer is the same as the rest of the footer (see links below).

How do we add the navigation menu in the pages and make the contact box in the footer darker? Kind Regards.
