I bought your theme twice for 2 clients. Really nice result. But working on another project makes me realize there is 1 thing missing from your theme, therefore on my client’s website : there is no search button / search page to benefit from the search function in Wordpress. Do you plan on implementing that in a future update? It would be nice… Thanks

Please note that you have a search widget available which allows you to place the search icon in the header of the web site or search text box in the sidebar.
In addition, if you need more advanced functionality that the default WordPress search you can use any of the third party plugins available.

The hero slider supports photo carousel. As far as the video is concerned, you can not set video per slider – yo can have a video as a background of the section where the slider is located and then have the slides with content over that video – so single video background is possible.

Hi, I installed the theme but I can’t register it. I deactivated all plugins, checked the license at the address provided on the forum and it’s ok. I can’t open a support ticket because to register it asks me to enter the purchase code, but if I enter it, it gives me an error. How can I do?

Please update the theme to the latest version – 1.1.3 https://documentation.bold-themes.com/changelog/zele-changelog.txt
Please make sure to update the Zele plugin and Bold Builder plugin as well once you update the theme.
You can update the theme from wp-admin using the Envato Market plugin – https://www.envato.com/lp/market-plugin/ or manually as described in the theme documentation: https://documentation.bold-themes.com/zele/theme-customization/ , section 3.11 Update theme

Same problem. Forgot auto update active and now i have the same issue. Is this fixable soon or should i downgrade? I am in development mode and i can wait today maybe the team fixes fast

Just a quick warning : one of my websites using Zele auto updated to Wordpress 6.2 last night and it broke the website (critical error). I disabled the plugins (renaming the plugin folder)and it still was crashing, when I disabled Zele (renaming the theme folder), I got access back to Wp-admin, so I am rolling back to Wordpress 6.1.1 for now and hope this will make my site with zele work again…
I have another website that uses Zele and thankfully it didn’t autoupdate to 6.2 (and I quickly disabled autoupdate) and it is working just fine…
I disabled the wordpress auto update on all my websites just in case something is wrong with 6.2 for now.

UPDATE : I rolled back to Wordpress 6.1.1 for the website that was auto updated to 6.2 and it is running fine again. My other Zele site was not updated and it works fine (but I updated it on my test environment and it gives me a critical error too).
It is not a plugin problem I think as only renaming the theme folder and activating a default theme gave me back access to my website, desactivating the plugins didnt solve the problem.
I know the Bold Themes team is very reactive and will find a quick solution to this problem. I should actually never have enabled auto update, I used to test before updating… my bad..

Is there a page in the demos that shows the menu wth “Vertical left” or “Vertical right” header style that you say are available for the theme on your website, I would be curious to see how it looks…
I will probably buy your theme to replace the Symetrio Theme I was using on 2 gym websites and that is unfortunately dead and not compatible with modern versions of Wordpress / PHP…
The only part that could be improved on your Zele Theme, in my opinion, is the Schedule / Timetable, I can’t find anywhere a plugin or a Theme that allows me to get what I was doing with Symetrio (with some modifications though) : https://www.fitnessparadise.eu/plannings-cours/ I am learning to make a plugin myself and shortcodes to hopefully get this result again. Keep in mind that it does not come bundled with the theme, you need to install it (or license it in case of pro version) separately.

Can you please let me know what plugins come bundled with this theme? and what plugins are required for the design to work?
Does it support live streamed classes & zoom integration? Does it support class bookings of up to 25+ people? Does the booking function take payments via stripe, or other? Does the theme you support a members area? Are you able to have recurring payments for monthly memberships? Are clients able to book both single and multiple events?
If there isn’t the option for the above booking/event requirements, is there a recommended plugin to add?

No bundled plugins come with the theme apart from the necessary free plugins needed for the functionality of the demo.
In order to make the site work as in the demo, you would need:
1. Bold Page Builder (required free plugin from wordpress.org)
2. Meta Box (required free plugin from wordpress.org)
3. Contact Form 7 (required free plugin from wordpress.org)
It does not support any of the things you asked for out of the box. You would need to use third party plugins of your choice for these functionalities.
Related to booking plugin, our users have successfully used The Events Calendar (free version of the plugin from wordpress.org)

You will not have the custom elements prepared specifically for Zele theme, but you will be able to get very good idea of what Bold Builder is all about.

2 quick question before I buy… is there any way to add the Cart and Search icons to the main header in mobile view so you don’t have to click the menu button to access these features?
Can the mobile menu be customised in any way? For example, instead of sliding in from the right, can it be a full screen menu which drops down after clicking the menu button?

As far as the icons and the mobile menu is concerned, there are no out of the box options for your requirements
Both can be implemented with some custom JavaScript and CSS, but unfortunately, it has to be done on your side since it is out of the scope of the item support.
