Users only check that if they already know that the site is vulnerable. It’s your responsibility to make these updates available via the WordPress update process. Especially regarding security updates. If I’m right you just need to upload the secure version to the Envato environment, so all users can update, without checking manually.
ACF does not allow it to be auto-updated when it’s bundled with a theme.
Uploading to envato does not automatically update bundled plugins, premium themes don’t have auto-update functionality of a free theme.
I’m managing a lot of sites. Some with their own update process, but others via the Envato Market plugin. I can update the bundled plugins as long as they are uploaded to the Envato environment of that theme.
If ACF doesn’t allow that, maybe you should contact their support to ask how you can make sure that your clients will get the (security) updates, when they are needed. That’s also important for ACF.
This is not about “auto update”, but just manually update via WordPress. With most themes that’s done via Appearance – Install plugins.
ACF plugin will notify you that there is a new version available. And as I mentioned above – it can be downloaded from pinsupreme.com
That’s not a solution. Making the newer version available via Envato is. Every user that starts with your theme or tries to reinstall ACF PRO will get the insecure version when installing via /wp-admin/themes.php?page=tgmpa-install-plugins
The version you package with the theme needs to be updated. That’s the solution. If ACF doesn’t allow the update, then it will also not allow the install via prepackaging.
ACF PRO will only show there’s an update available if a license is active on the site, but it isn’t because it’s prepackaged with your theme. So YOU are responsible to make the update available.
I never said the plugin in a theme is not going to be updated. All I said was that you can download the latest version anytime without waiting for Envato to review the new theme update, sometimes it takes up to two weeks for them to approve theme updates. All I’m saying is that customers can always have access to the latest and greatest
So you say that you have uploaded the patched version already but are waiting for Envato to approve it? Why didn’t you say so in your first comment? You were telling all sort of excuses that it wasn’t possible. So that’s quite a contradiction.
The fact that I’m asking for an update via the theme is clear. And as I’m not the client myself, I would have to ask the client to create an account, login, download the new version and send it to me, so I can install it. A lot of work!
WordPress 5.8.1 seems not well tested. widgets are wrong. For example, “Why Choose Us?” Unable to add content. I opened a ticket. I hope you fix it as soon as possible.

All settings are located in “theme settings” page in your admin. Make sure you installed all required plugins by going to “Appearance -> Install plugins” page and installing all the plugins that are listed there
I don’t mind paying money for a good, easy to use theme, but this one is a very difficult theme to use and customer support isn’t that great. Broken links in documentation and although the theme demo looks nice, some of theme demo is designed with some coding, not all demo items are able to be plug n play. May be better off coding yourself or use a different theme.

Theme is built with a drag and drop page builder, not sure how much simpler you can have it, it’s all point and click.

Demo process import was broken. Your Support told me to install “demo data import plugin” I had to search and find a plugin that works. It was not included in the theme purchase download. I’ve used drag and drop page building, but WP Bakery plug in is asking me to purchase it. Shouldn’t it be included in the theme price? The theme fits my needs, its just that I don’t have any documentation on how to use it. Have you watched the video I linked? You don’t have to purchase or search for any plugins. Everything you see on a demo is included. Once you install a theme – going to “appearance -> install plugins” page in admin shows you all the plugins that are required and you can install them all from there. Once you do that – “import demo data” will appear, just like it’s showing in the video.
