Although bugs and code errors are expectable in any theme, the number of errors together with —and above all— the quality, duration and attention to detail of customer support queries (via Ticksy), make this theme frankly improvable. Most of my tickets got answered around 3 days after submission.
Future customers: beware of low frequency in theme updates, some plug-in compatibility issues (like with TranslatePress) and responsive design errors in the code you’ll have to figure out for yourself.
Still, the theme works OK and did the job for me and my client.

Hi, you have 14 tickets in our system, most of which are related to customizations, yet we still answered all of them and you had a reply within 24 hours on each ticket, and you still complained about a lack of support, this is truly discouraging.
Most of your questions about “issues” were due to you using old versions of plugins. And looking at the “responsive” issues - those are not theme issues, those are just things that YOU personally wanted to be displayed differently on mobile, and even then we still helped you to customize it.
I can include screenshots of response times to your tickets. Most of them are responded within 12 hours.

The theme is pretty and functional but there are several things that could be improved. There are no automatic updates for theme or premium plugins - all manual uploading. Some of the legacy widgets no longer work. And it's not super intuitive or well-documented - I felt like I spent too much time searching for settings.
Best theme no bugs simple code!

I just want to say that I truly love this theme! After overcoming some initial hurdles trying to upload the demo content, I got support right away and got up and running quickly. It truly is a stellar theme and easily customizable. I love how stable the theme is and appreciate the features and aesthetics.
