Hello, I am having issues with updating the theme and Elementor. I updated the theme first, then updated Elementor, and received a critical error on the site.
I went to Elementor to try to fix it, and followed their instructions, which was to uninstall Elementor and Elementor Pro and reinstall it, reactivate it.
When I reactivated Elementor (free version), it crashed the site again. I then received an email from WP saying this: “In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Zikzag Core”.
My support has expired, so is there any way to receive free help for this, as it is not something that I have control over; the theme conflicting with Elementor.

Why can’t we change the menu with Elementor ? We also can’t center the logo or move it to the right or left… it’s frustrating.

I’ve followed instructions and saved Envato Market token but no themes are being displayed as shown in next steps..
I also tried the “Single Item Tokes (Advanced)” option and it says “This item cannot be downloaded”. This is ridiculous. Please help!!!

So we restored a site from a backup. We went through the steps that are in the instructions given by you, updated theme and plugins. The site works, but there is an error ‘undefined variable’ in the description of the posts on the home page: $post_content_stripe_tags in a file single-post.php on line 883
