Hi, I would like to activate my theme but it says that it is activated on my other domain. i m not able to remove it from the other domain tho. can you pls reset that connection or allow me in some other way to activate my theme? thanks

Hey guys! I am facing a problem. I own two domains. I installed the theme in a wrong domain and inserted the purchase key to validate, when I realized this, I reset the database with a plugin and went to FTP and deleted all the contents of the folder that contained the database, theme and any other given, as that domain will no longer be the main one. I went to install in the correct domain and when trying to insert the security key, I couldn’t. It presents the error Your key was installed in another domain (pitacocriativo.com.br/site-novo). As I said, I will create this FTP site-new folder, and still display the same message. The domain I will be using to install the theme is pitacocriativo.COM You can give me a solution other than having to compare a new license, since I was not even able to customize and use the theme. Help me please!
