Hi we installed the theme update on our website so it runs with the latest version of PHP and the editor works fine but we have an issue with the slideshow when you enter from a computer only half of it loads you can enter our website can you please check to see how we could fix this? I think you missed something, because it is clearly mentioned in the theme details page that users need to have WHMCS license in order to have the WHMCS client area which is displayed on our live demo. Kindly take a look at the theme details page once again.
And, the slider question’s answer is given in the FAQs and also in the Documentation. Hope these help you to get rid of the problem.

Hello, If I locate WHMCS on a subdirectory instead of the main root, would it work? My setup is, Wordpress is on the main domain (ie: mydomain.com), and WHMCS installation is on a subdirectory (ie: mydomain.com/whmcs). It doesn’t matter where you install your WHMCS and WordPress; it can be main directory or subdirectory or subdomain. Though we recommend to install WordPress in root directory and WHMCS in a subdirectory named ‘clients’. In that way your WordPress site url will be example.com and WHMCS client area site url will be example.com/clients.

Zionhost supports WPBakery latest versions (6.7.x). You can update your WPBakery from 6.5 to 6.7 easily from your admin area.
Whenever you need to update the bundled plugins (Rev Slider or WPBakery) to the latest version, you just need to Deactivate and Delete the existing plugin and then in your wp-admin panel you will see a notification to install the plugin which you recently removed/deleted. Install and activate that, the update is done.

We didn’t try our theme in Godaddy hosting yet, though many of our customers may use this in Godaddy. If you have any confusion/doubt you should contact Godaddy about this. Yes, you can use Zionhost theme without whmcs. The Zionhost theme is a WordPress theme which can run alone without WHMCS. The only thing you will miss is the client area if you do not use WHMCS.
In our live demo we used WHMCS for domain buy/sale functionality. We are not sure about any other reseller club or something like those.

When you start installing Theme bundled plugins you should find a Notification saying ‘Please verify your purchase code’ (like this screenshot). If you verified your purchase code by clicking on that link, you should have already got the Download link of The Extensions plugin.
OR you can just provide your purchase code to the Support Team and they can manually verify the purchase and provide you the plugin.

The best option is installing WordPress in root directory and WHMCS in a sub directory (lets say the directory name is clients). If you do that, your WordPress site url will be example.com and WHMCS client area site url will be example.com/clients.
