I am considering purchasing your theme (I really like how you set up the listings), but it is extremely important of course that the site can be properly monetized. I read in past theme comments that it is NOT possible to offer automatic monthly recurring subscriptions? Is this still true? To be able to properly monetize a directory you need to be able to allow people to automatically pay by the month (say $10 per month), or pay for the entire year all at once for a discount ($100 per year – a savings of $20). If this is not possible the site owner will need to keep chasing businesses to sign up every month. Not an organized method for success. Most websites services that offer ongoing online services allow for recurring subscriptions.

Since WooCommerce offers a subscription service (https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/) can’t this be used with your Ziston theme?

Also, I would like to see your documentation/theme instructions before purchasing. Would this be possible?

Do you have a listing of finished directories created by people using your directory theme? Some theme creators have facebook groups for example that allow you to see the various ways people are utalizing their themes, which is very helpful . . .
