Good minimalist ecommerce theme. Great support
I was looking for a minimalistic and stylish template. Thanks to the developers for the ZOA theme.
The customer is happy, and so are the users. Beautiful, modern, user-friendly and intuitive theme.
The main reason to give 2 stars to this theme is the lack of customization options available. Initially I wanted to have the page running as fast as possible so I didn't tweek it much aesthetically and didn't need to use the customer support.
Now, 2 years later I want to change it to a dark color and it cannot be done easily through Elementor or through Wordpress' "Appearance>Customization" menu. I had to add additional CSS in order to get the look I wanted.
I tried checking with the author if I was on the right path and I just got a "please renew support" message so they could check. So that's the second reason it has just 2 stars. By the way, not even with a fresh install was I able to change background page color through Elementor.
Last but not least, it depends on too many plugins and at least in my host its quite slow to work on the page. I had to install a Wordpress server in my PC in order to be able to work on the page and when it was ready I uploaded it with all the changes to my host.
Otherwise my host was crashing and crashing just by making changes to the page or to the slider.
And the reason I gave it 2 stars and not 1 is because at the end of the day I could make it work.
So if you want a theme that it's nice looking and you won't change or plan on changing much of its looks than go ahead.
But all in all I do not recommend it.

Unfortunately, this theme does not allow you to work with Woocommerce Product Addons. Once you add the product with custom fields, it doesn't appear on cart. Big loss of money, i may ask for refund.

Hi! Our theme only requires Elementor and WooCommerce. Other plugins are recommend. If you don't happy with the theme, please request the refund!

Terrible to work with and badly coded. I ended up cutting my losses with this theme, abandoning it and losing my money.

Out team replied to you 5 days ago https://prnt.sc/pjvl9s but didn't get any responses. In your case, you may upload wrong folder. You should extract your zip file and upload zoa.zip file only.

doesn't work - elementor broken, shopping sidebar not working, the list goes on
It's a great theme, beautiful, simple and practical. But it lacks some basic things, more granularity in the options such as being able to choose layouts of different page headers for pages and products for instance, choosing images for archives page headers such as in categories, this options was that I missed the most.
