we used your theme but since yesterday and it is not known why we are no longer able to insert the properties on the website as, if I try to do so, the limit crossed error is indicated. I saw that, some time ago, another user also had the same problem.

It remains in the processing phase -> limit crossed​

Hello!, the blue tabs on the “Zoacres Property Options” and “Zoacres Page Options” are not working, when i click on them they are not switching.

I just have updated everything on my website (currently using Zoacres Versión: 1.1.9) everything elase is up to date.. I even deactivate all plugins except for “Zoacres Core” to see if there was a plugin incompatibility and nothing..

I have a pre purchase question. I can see that you have the option for people to buy packages through the website.

Am I able to set up what these packages can do? For example can I have 3 packages, package 1 allows adding max 10 properties, package 2 allows adding max 20 properties, package 3 allows adding max 30 properties?

And lastly if I don’t want to take payments online, is there the ability / option to setup the package and then not have the payment option. So, they would sign up as if they had paid but their account would remain disabled until someone goes into the admin and approves their account and then they can carry on as per normal after that?

Hi there, I’m interested in purchasing this theme and have a few questions:

1. The theme (preview/demo) doesn’t load on an iphone. It just hangs with the ‘house’ icon. Is it temporarily down or something you don’t plan on supporting?

2. Can you add custom map pins? If so, is there an option to easily do this in the backend or does it require CSS etc?

3. Regarding various headings: i.e. zipcode, Schedule to Visit etc. Do you edit via .po files?

4. Can you add documents (PDFs) to listings?

hello, thank you for making this wonderful directory made available – we have some questions and are very interested to make the purchase. we want to use this as a ‘searchable’ director’ based on keywords and industries, is this possible. Also when some is conducting a search – we would like to them to submit their ‘details’ for reserving or booking with us – is it possible to do that? – also we may use ‘multi-keywords’ based search sections – is it possible? — and finally is there an example we can see for what we are asking for? thank you so much

And another thing – why is number of posted real estates limited?

Theme is not compatible with 5.5, 5.6, 5.7 WP, page is not working, only answer from support we got is that we need to buy another licence. This is not the way it works. Theme has to be updated or at least you have to send us solution for older versions, that theme will work with no issue. Not just waiting for us to pay you.
