It has so much bugs I don't know where to start. It doesn't reflect changes. It crashes ALWAYS. It is built on WP Bakery. It continuously develops faults the more you edit the theme options.

OK, I felt in love with this theme! To me, Zoacres is one of the best niche themes in ThemeForest.
I was looking for a theme for a property management business. So I started looking for real estate themes. Most of them has tons of features for searching and showing properties but they don't feature a beautiful design which you can find in Zoacres.
At first, you may notice that Zoacres is beautiful and a well styled theme.
But that's not the whole story. When you purchase it and start working with it, you will find professionality in all corners of the theme. Theme design is perfect, Theme options are perfect, Theme features are rich and even more than complete. Code quality is at the highest levels. You will have unlimited options to build your unique website with Zoacres. Something that you may even can't find in multipurpose themes.
I really enjoyed working with this theme. At my client was completely surprised and amazed with the quality when I finished the work.
This theme, deserves to be the most popular Real Estate theme in the whole market!

This is the 13 items I have brought, and I brought it when it launch on 2nd days. I seldom give any review, and well, this theme archive my 3rd given reviews. Yes, because the coding is well organize, nice design theme with much functions that being implement, some function may not be available now but I believe Author will do so. In fact, on the next day I brought this theme, I aware Envato also given this theme as 2nd tier award via their in-house 20 Best Real Estate WordPress Themes for 2019 Websites. Congratulation.
