5 days waiting for replay on support, no answer yet
I am using this theme for a few years. So far the support has been very good. I am happy with the features included in this popular theme. Keep up the great work!

Terrible customer support.
Submitted 2 tickets yet no response.
They reply you in 3-4 days and still do not come up with solution. Not qualified support neither on time
this is worst theme I've ever used. whole homepage designer needs to be managed within widgets and the 8 post layouts are just for the demo and they are identical like each other. no major changes.
also, the documentation is very poor and there are no specific ways of creating content for the theme and the editor is worst too.
you can't change the templates OR edit the homepage data. everything is hardcoded and you need to go into the code and make changes.
instead you can go with any other theme available in the market and achieve the similar layout. this is the worst theme I've ever used in my 8 years of career.
Also, the support is worsttttttt. when i asked them to where can i add new layout for the homepage then they just replied after 2 days that "read the documentation properly"

Hi, I am sorry to hear you are not pleased with the theme. I develop and maintain my themes by myself, which means whenever I take a few days off for myself, I inevitably get customers who are upset that I haven't responded to their tickets right away. It's just something I've learned to live with, especially over the past few years. But as evidenced by other reviews, I have far more satisfied customers than unsatisfied. With that said, I am more than willing to help you with whatever issue you are facing, if you are willing to be patient with me on the occasion that I'm not able to respond to your ticket right away. I still do try to respond within 24 hours, but that will not always be the case, just as you likely take time off. I should be afforded the same. I appreciate your understanding and would hope that you consider improving your rating in the future. Thanks!

Hi, I can assure you that it did not take 3 to 4 days to get back to you. If so, 2 of those days were during the weekend, and you may have submitted a ticket on a Friday just after I finished answering tickets for the day. Either way, I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the support you received. But unfortunately, I am not able to answer all of my customers' questions immediately. But I do typically respond within 24 hours, and if you still have any outstanding issues, feel free to submit a new ticket or open a new one and I'll be happy to try and help you with your issue.
Nice design but not flexible enough or too hard to customize.it to my needs. Waste of money.

I purchased the Zox News theme with high hopes, but I was ultimately disappointed with its performance. The theme had a lot of bugs that made it difficult to customize, and the support team was not able to provide adequate solutions to my problems.

There are no outstanding bugs with the theme, and the theme provides custom options to allow you to set up the theme like the demo and make many custom changes. As is stated on the main theme page:
"Unfortunately, MVP Themes cannot perform customization work for each of our customers, so Zox News comes “as-is”. Any customization you would like to make to the theme outside of fixing bugs will need to be done by you or a third party."
So any further customizations will need to be one on your own, via a third party, or you can pay an extra fee for me to perform the custom work. This was stated prior to purchasing the theme and should not be held against the theme.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you're not please with the support. But it sounds like you wanted something that does not come with the theme. That does not constitute poor support. It just means any custom work you want to have done on top of what the theme offers will cost extra.
