It has been almost 4 weeks since i reached out to support team\dev about the issues im having with this team. All i been told is "they cannot give me a timeframe and that I need to wait" honesty this feels like a scam why sell a theme that doesnt work properly then offer shitty support for it...

i strongly recommend to dont buy anything from this dev until they get their shit together as this is totally unprofessional on so many levels

This seller has been stalling me via email for 14 days and not providing any help. I have recorded videos multiple times to show the issues with the theme I purchased, but they keep telling me that they cannot give me a timeframe and that I need to wait. I feel scammed and my time is being wasted. Can you please help me quickly?

The theme is not yet updated to wordPress 6.1 and I think it is very big problem... I am not able to use it at all and forced to buy another, it's like a scam...

Zuko is not yet updated to wordpress 6.1 and I think it is very big problem, I will not be able to use it until it is updated . I e-mailed support over a week ago and I still have no answer.

Buying Elementor type of themes just reminded me that if I know how to code I would rather buy HTML and code it into WordPress than lose the time trying to make it all in Elementor. It is just so time consuming.

I had an issue with the footer. It wouldn't change. I disabled the option named "Use Default Theme Footer" (OFF), and under it appeared to select Global Footer. I selected it nothing happened. Tried to look through documentation but I just couldn't find anything fast.

I contacted support, and they asked me for my WP admin but I worked on a local machine and had to upload everything, and when I did that and sent them credentials they just said that I have to go to the page on which I want to change the footer and do it there. This is kind of ok, but you could have sent potential solutions before asking for admin credentials. That way I would have a solution a day earlier so I could finish my project faster.
So, support is nothing special.

This also means that the whole admin area could have some tooltips that would explain that footer can be changed even in pages and that way I would not even need to look for documentation or anything.

Design of the theme is nice, love it.

The theme installs easily. The main thing is that I can only import pages and menus that I will use on the site. This is a good thing. Several kinds of menus, good portfolio pages and a good visual builder. My client liked the design of the theme I chose, I also easily added the right content and earned extra on this template so that it more than paid for itself!

for Design Quality

The theme itself stands out in terms of its design. 5 stars for this, as I haven't found anything comparable so far. Minus two stars for the support. It is friendly and answers quickly. However, my problem with the image light boxes (which also exists on the demo page) could not be solved in 2.5 months, although temporary admin access was requested several! times and then not used. It's a pity, but there clearly needs to be improvement here. Waiting for an update of the theme...
