We followed your “how to upload theme” instructions, but when we set our background image, it won’t display.

Have you uploaded the background image through the theme options panel? If the image is quite large it may take a while for it to show in the theme preview.

Only if we uncheck “Parallax Effect”, the background image displays correctly (with the parallax effect )

That Parallax tick box shouldn’t be in the options, sorry about that. I’ll have that removed in the next update.

I can’t figure out what’s happening when I click on each photo though. I am getting an error. Have I done something wrong? I haven’t set a click-thru link, but it’s still clickable. Can I make it non clickable?
Oh that’s odd. Seems to be an issue with the PrettyPhoto plugin.
To stop this happening for now until I can release an update find line 651 and remove rel=”prettyPhoto”. Once you’ve done that when people click on your photo it will now go to the photo permalink page.

It looks like your videos have a height set to them so they are not rendering at the right size.
What video player are you using?
Can you tell me if I can incorporate images with my stories easily? Also, the images may be nestled on the right with text surrounding (using css).

I just bought your theme and I think it’s great – thanks for designing such a nice one.
Quick question and wondering if you can assist: we’re trying to slightly modify your theme so that the container (at least i believe that is what it’s called) for the body text, rather than being a white background, is semi-transparent (while the text remains opaque). That way the custom image we have uploaded as a background is slightly visible behind the text. Could you let me know if this would be doable?
