If I’m not mistaken, Zyra has the ability, while in homepage or in Quick Shop / Quick View mode, we can add the product to cart without redirecting to the product page via Ajax. But now every demo I tried would redirect me the product page when adding them in Quick Shop mode.
Is there any changes in the code?

Hi there. Is there any way to disable the image optimization? For example, as soon as add an image to woocommerce category and show it using “Product categories” widget -> the shown image is 300×300 by default but the quality is bad (I guess it gets degraded while cropping the image size)

Hi, presale question. I like so much the theme, but I need know if is possible in theme options changue the hover icon for add to cart and show always the button ADD TO CART. I don’t like the effect, because in demo you must move te mouse over the pic of product for see the button add to cart and need can sale directly.

I purchased your theme a 3 days ago and yet when I try importing the Demo 5 it only shows failed messages, doesn’t install, everything works fine except Importing that theme.

Hi, after the upgrade to Wordpress 5.5 the add to cart button disappeared from my product pages.
I found these two errors/warnings:
1. jQuery Migrate Helper — Warnings encountered
2. la-zyra/woocommerce/cart/cross-sells.php versione 3.0.0 è obsoleta. La versione attuale è 4.4.0 (version 3.0.0 is obsolete. The current version is 4.4.0)
LA Zyra and LA Zyra Child are both updated.
Both issues are warnings, not errors. And your website is still working well

I then have a version installed LA Zyra Version: 1.1.4
I have Envato plugin installed and it does not show me the message to update like it has in the past.
So I naturally go to the Envato settings which lists all my purchased envato products I am using, and this time the ZYra theme has a warning label as to another update. this update. says version 1.1.9 I do not see your changelog or any notes about a 1.1.9 version. And I cannot even update it in envato or my WP admin cause when try to update it it says I have the latest version even though I have 1.1.4 installed.
Do not ask me to purchase a license to deal with this issue as it has nothing to do with support. This is a fundamental standard that you should be delivering updates that are accurate in documentation and should just work when initiating the update.
I’m confused, is anybody else cause I have screen shots of all this confusing situaation.
I would like to know and have access to the latest version whether it is 1.1.8 or 1.1.9
Have you tried going to Appearance -> Themes and click to update button on the theme list ?
OR have you tried to update the theme manually ?
This theme looks very well designed and accurate but it is incredibly slow. I’ve tested with https://www.thinkwithgoogle.com and it reports and confirm it. I’m not able to understand if it is because of your server or the theme itself. Menu elements it is not working and it is impossibile to see all the elements variations.

After I added demo5 it’s not looking like your demo5, for ei I don’t have the color and size options on the product page, plus I want to pick shop fullwidth it’s not there to choose. 1) To use color and size, please setup the product variable ( please read more on https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/ ) and setup the color swatch ( please read documentation http://docs.la-studioweb.com/zyra/#color-swatches-settings )
2) To set the shop fullwidth, please go to Appearance -> Theme Options -> General and change the value of “100% Main Width” to “yes”

When hovering over a product, sometimes the little grey box that shows a zoomed in view overlaps the top navigation bar and doesn’t let you click anything in the navigation bar. This issue does not always occur, but often does. I have not been able to figure out what is causing this or if there’s any sort of pattern related to it. Internet browser has no effect on the issue. Any thoughts or is anyone else experiencing this issue?

The latest version of the theme is compatible with WordPress 5.3.0 and WooCommerce 3.8.0 . I have also checked the compatibility of the theme with the latest versions of WP and WC, I don’t see any problems, the theme still works well

HI there I love your theme and I use it for every site I make almost. But you always try to get me to pay for support. I do not need support, I am simply pointing out that you need to update files for compatibility between one of your template files and wooommerce 3.8. This is apart of your responsibility as a theme developer to make sure you look into your files of your theme to make sure it is updated with all the core features that you advertise compatibility with. you advertise and say it works with. If I am mistaken I can read the envato terms of conditions. In my case I was able to to figure what file was needed to stay up to date with woo 3.8 and I’m only, and I’m able to code if it;s a code issue, this case is your responsibly to your customers as I am only pointing out that your files are not up to date with 3.8.
If I wasn/t a developer and had a team of programmers I would be very unhappy if you tried to ask me to pay for a support ticket for an updated file that is your responsibility being apart of the envato community and selling themes.
IF I ever feel like i need legitimate support I will have no problem with paying for it. But this is not my responsibility it is yours and a ticket is not needed.
Again it;s a great theme but if you keep selling this theme to people and not properly updating your files I would say that it is not fair to the customer who knows less and buys.
Believe me if I have issues that I know are only affecting myself and my team and I have no problem paying and submitting a ticket.
ONCE AGAIN this theme is perfect for us as developers, it is fast coded well, lines of source code are nicely noted in the files, but perhaps maybe for less experienced users this may not work as well as some other themes
This update should be looked into in the least.
I am sorry about that but about the timeline to release the new version of the theme, It depends on many factors and the reason for this delay is because the theme still works well with WooCommerce 3.8 and does not have any errors. The notification you receive in the admin does not affect into the website, it just a notification
However we have released a new version to remove that notification, please check it out

Sorry do not have theme support anymore. This should be addressed as you are the developer. This was a brand new install, very easy to narrow down, anyone who buys this theme right now will have issues that I have discovered. I have it narrowed down to the exact file. I’m just letting you know, I do not need to purchase support because I will be using another theme anyways.
Information if you need it this bug is caught in the WP-admin not the front end.
1. My entire install is updated except for rev sider using 6.0.8
2. In the Customizer there is a bug where none of the color palettes are showing up when editing colors.
3. I have narrowed down the issue in the screen cap that is attached. I have done all the usual debugging, deactived all plugins and it is indeed an issue with the theme core.
