Long wait time for responses regarding a number of different issues over the past, but primarily this review comes from the fact they have been misleading us about a "big update" for a number of months.

My support actually expired in the entire time I've been waiting for this "update" and they failed to provide any information and then stopped replying to my messages.

EXTREMELY poor service lately.

- At first: we must apologies about the delay of the update , which happen because of some causes out of our hands. We are really working hard to deliver the update soon.

- Regarding the support, we always provide the necessary help for our clients without the need to purchase a new support time.

- For those people who have been promised to have the beta update first, we will give them 3 months free support time start from the day the update is released.

- At last, we always work hard to deliver the best services for our clients and we will make sure to solve all the issues within 48 hours.
