Before you buy!
ExpressionThemes has 2 members. One designer and one coder. In the past 3 months I (the coder) had serious life issues, especially a huge flood diseaster around my home which caused no internet for long time. Also i’ve got a new full time job with a limited spare time. This means i only can do support in holidays. These are the reasons why support was delayed in the past. In the future, i am going to concentrate more on our customers, but please consider the slow support before buying any of our products, we’ll try to do our best, but sadly, my designer team mate can’t help in coding related questions.
I would like to ask for appoligise from all other customers who couldn’t rely on our assistance in the past 3 months. We are also searching for a better solution to make our support “snappier”.
