Where I can find an instruction which can help me to build counter section as in your theme? How to add it?
Add row, set parallax and insert image, split row in 4 columns(add rgb background color) , add Single icon, Counter , Text block element. You can import demo content and just edit pages. If you’re still having problems, please send email to office@useful-pixels.com

Is it possible (in one page layout) to make the navigation menu bar immidiately visible on white background (as it is on the corporate layout style)? For the moment, you have to scroll down to see the background for the navigation menu, but is it possible to make it visible on the beginning?

By default one page layout menu needs to be transparent. If you want we can modify theme, send us site url and logins.

Why on the one page layout the top bar feature can be visible only on the top, but when we scroll down, it dissapears ? ?

Because it’s TOP bar 
If we make this options it will look bad on smaller screens. Height of sticky menu will take much of space on a screen.
You can add top bar information in footer area, it makes more sense.
My cleint loves the site/theme but did a pingdom speed test and We are 82% slower than all other websites tested.

Just want to know if in your next update, visual composer will be able to recognize alt and title images. Because currently, images in visual composer are not recognized by yoast seo plugin, and even in the sitemaps, images are missing.

I am getting a high CPU usage on my server. I am on Economy Linux Hosting with cPanel with godaddy. I did not install any additional plugins/themes on this host, the only thing is this Modo theme. Do you know what I can do to avoid this high CPU usage?

Have you checked error log on cpanel?
We are using Siteground cheap shared hosting for all demos and custom sites, more than 15 WP installations, never had this problem.
