Is it difficult to get rid of the top onscroll animation and make both the Top nav & side menu to both be static. This makes only scrollable part the content area.

It would be really great if the projects tab – within the user profile page – was responsive to mobile and tablet devices. Currently, the project information within the tab just runs off the edge of the screen when viewed on a mobile device.

Is there an easy fix to this?
