Let’s have a look at your questions:

- I will definitely add a top navigation option soon with a future update. A boxed layout (eg for frontend pages) is already possible if you add a max-width to the #page-container (with hidden sidebars).

- The customizer is a very nice idea, I kept notes and hope to include such feature in the future.

- I would like to offer an AngularJS version in the future, so after adding some more features and content, I will have a look into it and post more details on item page/Twitter about such version.

- You can use a class to fade out the elements you want when the sidebar gets collapsed, so if there is space, you can leave the logo always visible without adding the class!
