This is easily by far the worst experience I have ever had with an online seller or service provider. Not only are we being ignored (and we’ve lost our client) but this theme suddenly changes its form and display without us touching anything at all. What a joke.
Hi, the Quotation form is only blank fields with no titles, there are no images at and the drop-down are completely empty. We have not touched it and it has suddenly 90% disappeared.
When you click ‘edit page’ there is nothing at all in the content box, it is completely blank. What is going on with this theme????

We were patiently waiting for close to 2 weeks without any help to solve the issue of having Home Page 2 as the default home page but even after submitting the CPanel details / FTP there is no response from you’ll. which is very frustrating. Looks like there is issue with Title not appearing correctly as well despite we clearly mentioning the Title in Settings & under Themes—Customize. We have sent nearly 10 emails so far – but no reply . Last reply from Davis was on 7th July , we couldnt give the correct FTP access BUT CPanel details were given where FTP access can be obtained from there.How ever there is NO reply from you’ll upto now . Hello, there is no “Removals Options” so this doesn’t help at all. Please help.
The only thing I can see in the dashboard with the word “options” is ‘Sample Options’ and there is nothing about ‘footers’ in there at all. Please help.

We fixed this problem ourselves by re-uploading the theme. You are also continuing to completely ignore us and our cries for help. We still have no Visual Composer despite buying the plug-in twice, and we have lost our client. Thank you for nothing.

Your theme (Removals) is not allowing Visual Composer to run. I have purchased an extra copy of VC just to try and get it working but all I get is the appearance of the flashing/repeating VC logo for an indefinite period.
I checked all the plug-ins by deactivating one by one – that wasn’t it.
As soon as I activated a default theme, it worked.

Hi, not only do I feel ripped off because your sales page says Layer Sliders comes as part of the package – but it doesn’t, we have to purchase it for an additional $19 – but now that I’ve purchased Layer Slider, it still doesn’t work.

Hi,
I purchased your theme a few days ago. I’m having trouble with editing the homepage layout. When I add a class or id to any Visual Composer row it doesn’t seem to register on the front-end, same goes with styling, like background colours of rows. Here is the homepage – http://bit.ly/1fGI7CA – at the bottom, it is supossed to be a row with blue backgound and 3 columns, like at the top of the page.

First of all: Very nice theme. I am happy that I bought this theme. But there is one problem. When I want to edit a page with Visual Composer and chose “Frontend” editing the page loads infinitely. Do you have a fix for this?
Also when I try to follow the documentation for creating the home page you say I should select “Home Light”. There is no “Home Light” select
