Hello, Greetings from Sanyo, Inc. First of all thanks for such a lovely theme and its documentation. Well, I am having an issue with the category page and product page. On the top of the page, which shows category name and product name on the top bar, that area (in demo page) shows black background and images and Off 25% etc. but on my pages, it displays nothing. no color no text. I’ve tried every possible option which i was aware of but no luck hence thought of disturbing you.
Please let me know where exactly is the error so that i could fix it and display product names etc. or offers like yours signup and get 25% off as and when required.

Issue with black band on the top of all pages.

no background color nothing.
for example if you look at this page: http://mandala.promotionunlimited.com/?post_type=productAll Products is written there in text but due to no background color, we can’t read this text. Please suggest what to do.
also, there was a major issue in the theme related to top white band css (global.less) when user scrolls the page up, top bar display as transparent as there was no background color defined in the css. and when they scroll up more, it becomes translucent to 90% because of css. where as if you compare it with your theme, its fully white solid in fixed position and after scroll as well.
for that we have changed the css for the tag: .top-bar and header-container layout1 tb-white (home page 6 i noticed)
in your demo, it works perfect but all the users who have configured this theme and choose page 6, they all have the same issue.
hope you could fix this in your theme so that others dont find issue in it.

Hello. First of all thank you for this lovely theme. I love it.
I am struck at the linking of pages from home page where we can links from “NEW ARRIVALS”, “NEW COLLECTION”, “BASIC EYEGLASS”, “20% OFF NEW SEASON”
but i am not able to find any way to add the link and also i am not able to find the page which need to be linked.
For example, there is one page: BEST SELLING PRODUCTS located at: http://demo.roadthemes.com/mandala/best-selling-products/ but i am not able to find this page in the theme of mine.
please suggest what to do?

To make links for home page blocks, the first, you need to create your target page. Just create a new page, use Visual Composer to insert WooCommerce shortcode into your page and save page. Click on view page and copy its URL.
Go to edit your home page, edit the text block, add link for your image with the copied URL.

I have bought your Mandala Theme some time ago. My client complains about its speed load. Looking at server log while loading it is taking 100% of server resources (CPU). It takes 2 second to receive the header and even 11 seconds to load in full. I disabled RoadThemes Helper plugin and automatically shop started working much quicker but most of the things didnt work properly. The worst is that it is using server so much. You can activate the “RoadThemes Helper” plugin and turn off the Less compiler in Theme Options=>Less compiler to make your server runs faster. I suggest to use the cache plugin like WP Super Cache and you can install & configure the Autoptimize plugin to increase page loading speed.

1. Read on Install=>Install Theme and Install=>Install Plugins
2. Read on Create Content=>Sample Content & Create Content=>Widgets
3. Read on Configure Theme, Configure Plugins
4. Read on Create Content=>Menus; Slider; Pages
5. Go to Settings=>Reading to select the “home shop 6” is front page.
