One of my clients had another developer upload your theme (so I don’t have license code and neither does she). All of the sudden two days, this pops up in the error log and now the site has gone down: (I {SNIP} out domain access). I can’t use your support system since I’m not the original buyer of this theme. We have now purchased the theme and have upgraded our site to WordPress to 4.2.2. Current question: My embedded tweets only show up as live tweets on the single page view and in preview, while on the stream page, they are only text. Example: https://twitter.com/AlanBerkelham/status/590699140117622785. I also have a WordPress.com blog and I’ve never had this problem there. Any suggestions?

this is not good 
But why? I don’t quite understand what the problem is. This is normal support system within this marketplace. You contact the operator directly, you can exchange some secure info about your website, you can see your chat history in convenient format… Trust me, it’s not just our whim.
