I think you got this little bit wrong – it is not wordpress template, however thanks for idea. This template is in category – site template. If you planning to use it as wordpress template I’ll try to help you up to my knowledge in that matter.

Thanks for taking interest in my template.

Any registration process is always differernt for each system, so it is down to developers. My template contains nicely organised css lasses for any form element, so it shouldn’t be rocet science to put up landing pages for forms.

This form takes you to subpage: buy.php where you can deal with variables.

I’m glad you like it. First I’ll answer second question – yes – those guys are separated layer in .PSD and .PNG (fireworks where this theme prepared in first place). Submenu … mhm – thats the good point actually – I haven been thinking about this, however this template has got proper DOM structure and this would be easy.
