Hi. I just updated the Fount theme to the latest version 3.9. Once I did that, all the text on my homepage doesn’t appear. I’ve debugged it and pinned it down to the css of:
.wpb_animate_when_almost_visible { opacity: 0; }
If I disable this it shows, but otherwise the page is blank. Do you have a fix for this bug or know what I need to do to fix it? It’s only happened from I’ve updated.

It is pretty simple… From the WP Dashboard: Pages>Add New and select the appropriate page template on the right side. Please look into the options panel located under the page content too.

You can achieve this, but not with the theme default menu. Basically you need to select the page option to don’t use any menu and then on the page content you can add a menu inside a Widgetised Area.

Issue with mobile Menu! I’m trying to only show the hidden right side bar on a mobile device is that possible? I don’t want the duel buttons. Also i’m not sure why but my iphone is not showing the hidden side bar but when i drag in the screen on a computer to test the responsive it seems to be working. Also is it possible to have a sticky header?

Issue with logo in the header. I’m having issues with the logo in the header remaining the same across multiple platforms and multiple browsers. It seems to change size dramatically between browsers. Have you ran into this before? I know it’s in the CSS but was curious if you had seen this happening for other people?

The theme has 2 types of logos: before and after scroll. If you want it to always be the same then just use the option before scroll and keep the after scroll option blank.
You also have the option to set up a top margin for both states and you are currently using a negative value for the before scroll state and that is why it looks weird.

hi pirenko, something really estrange, just saw now that for example http://sonviscosvalldemossa.com/portfolios/laurel/ only shows when you are loged in like admin, if you are a visitor is not showing anything and putting error 404??? can you help with this? thanks.

That situation does not seem to be related with the theme. Please turn OFF any plugins that are not included with our theme and try again. Try also activating one of the default WordPress Themes to see if that error happens only when this particular theme is active.

Thank you for your work. Comparing with another high-sales theme I purchased, I found yours is more easy to use. This is urgent. The Visual Composer on My one-pager site can’t be activated due to fatal error “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error. Cannot redeclare class Vc_Manager in /home/jumpstart/www/www/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/js_composer.php on line 3”. I found on the backend, I can see all the content and text either back end edit mode or front end edit mode. yet the text is not showing on the front page (index page). I tried to re-upload all the files but the problem doesn’t solve. Would you please kindly help to see if any solutions?

Please do this: download the latest theme version from themeforest and update it. Then you will be prompted to update Fount Framework and activate Visual Composer (that now “lives” outside Fount Framework).
To avoid a fatal error during the activation process, please make sure that you update Fount Framework before installing Visual Composer.

I just downloaded the found theme from themeforest.net. The zip file wouldn’t upload to my wordpress, so I manually uploaded it and unzipped it. The theme seems to be installed correctly, but it says that it requires a few plugins to be installed (from a private repository). When I try and install them, I get this message: “Download failed. Not Found”

The image galleries don’t seem to allow selecting what part of the image displays as a thumbnail
The WordPress image editor for a thumbnails works only on the default Wordpress image galleries, but not on the masonry Grid (rectangles), or grid (squares) options in themes Image Gallery.
Is there a way to specify custom thumbnails for the Grid (rectangles)?

The theme image gallery crops the images (or not if you use the Masonry option). If you want to have a thumb and a lightbox with a different image you have 2 alternatives for that:
1) You can use the theme Portfolio Items. The trick is to add a latest portfolio element with the Masonry Option. Then, on each one of these portfolio items, you set up a featured image (your thumbnail) and add an extra image on the 2nd slot for the portfolio images. The final step is to select the option “Skip featured image on single page and lightbox”;
2) You can try and use default WordPress image galleries if you prefer;

I’m having an issue with how portfolio items are displayed. As shown in the screenshot below one portfolio item (specifically “Klangschalenmassage”) is pushed down a little bit because the description preview for some portfolio items show more lines of text than others.

You can try and add a Custom Excerpt (will work as a small description) for each portfolio item.
If you don’t want to do this please send us a private message and we’ll send you 2 or 3 lines of CSS code that you can add to the theme options. This code will force a minimum height for that text area.

Is it possible to make the portfolio images smaller (not in the preview but when I click on one portfolio item)? If I upload them in a lower resolution it simply scales the images up to a larger size.

Well, that is intended to be like that (responsive websites make the images scale according to their parent element size). It is possible to change this with some custom CSS that you can add to the theme options.
