Pardon me, it was midnight and I totally sent the wrong message. I ment:” how do i remove meta information” like under posts “By Admin” and comment sections? Do i have to hide classes in CSS or is it somewhere in the settings.

There’s no need to implement edits in code, to remove comments on a certain page please proceed to Screen Options, click on Discussion and unselect Allow Comments in the appropriate field – here’s the screencast, that can be helpful. To disable comments for all newly created posts/projects/profiles please proceed to Theme Settings – Single Posts and untick the appropriate fields.
As to post information – you can alter the fields displaying in Theme Settings – Single Posts (the changes will start working for all new posts) or directly on each existing post as shown on the screenshot. hope it will be helpful.

Could you please confirm if you’re referring to an external plugin – Visual Composer? If so, there’s no possibility to import content from our CMSmasters content composer to it, please note, that we don’t guarantee that mentioned extension is compatible with Finance Business theme.

Thanks for the reply! We don’t ensure that content created by one of the plugins can be transferred to another, and we didn’t implement such tests. Although if you succeeded with it, it’s the first case we’re now aware about.

Purchased your theme, and overall I’m pretty happy. Few things though:
- Choosing an icon is INCREDIBLY slow. Barely usable - Sometimes block updates won’t save when you’ve edited them in ‘text’ mode instead of ‘visual’.
Those are the only two things I’ve noticed so far though, so great job!

As to the problem you mentioned – the displaying of icons list is a known issue in Chrome, it will be resolved as soon as it’s possible. For now we suggest you editing/adding icons in any other browser, it should be much more convenient. Appreciate your understanding.

I bought this theme and installed it according to the documentation, but now the counter on the home page does not work and the blog as well. It is almost as if the rest of the page does not load. This issue only occurs on the home page. The site is telecomschamber.org.

I purchased your theme few days ago and it says to add some lines of codes to the .htaccess file before installing the theme. I did that but when I installed the theme I got an error line on the dashboard. I removed the lines of codes from the .htaccess file and the error line disappeared from the dashboard. My question is: Is there an email address where I can send the images of the error line or the image showing where I am adding the code line to the file (Very end of the file) to see if you can help me? Probably I am doing something wrong. Also, is it necessary to add the code? Please let me know as the theme is working fine but I do not want to continue customizing it and later get a blank website or have problems with it.

You did everything absolutely right, just some servers don’t allow to implement changes in .htaccess file, that’s why blank page is shown after the code is added. We’d advise you to proceed without adding the code, as the theme can be successfully installed and customized without it.

Such notice is usually shown when Twitter shortcode/widget is still present in content area, on Home page it’s placed right above bottom sidebar. Please make sure you’ve deleted the appropriate shortcode. If you already did it and and the notice is still shown, please submit us a personal request so that our support agents could examine your case.

How i can disable twitter api? It show error message “Please add your Twitter API keys, read more how”. Clear fields – do not work.

Please make sure there’s no Twitter shortcode or Twitter widget used on your site. After all of them are removed, the message about API keys won’t be shown.

Hi, I have followed the instructions on installing the theme and importing demo content. Now i am trying to edit the content using the content composer on the page. when i click content composer button, i get Uncaught ReferenceError: switchEditors is not defined in jquery.cmsmsContentComposer.js
I also get an error in theme settings > Header when trying to save this page – An invalid form control with name=’cmsms_options_finance-business_header is not focusable.
i’ve tried deactivating all the plugins, although the only plugins installed are the ones that the theme installed, but this does not resolve the issue.
i am on the latest version of WP – 4.3.1 – i have issued a support ticket but have not heard anything from anyone.
please help. thanks.

just one issue i have used plugins* to to change font for all website (i use it in RTL)
all font changes (text) but “linked” title or nav font stay with defeault font (arial)
i use font not existed in system & google fonts list
i hope you help me

As much as we’d love to help, we don’t provide assistance for custom font adding and troubleshooting needed after such font is added. As it’s stated in documentation, any Google font (including fonts for RTL languages) can be added successfully. Any serious customization made via third party plugin or coding intervention is beyond our support policy. Hope for your understanding.

Let’s see what can be done. Please proceed to finance-business/footer.php file, find the line 65 and change the href link highlighted on the screenshot to your Home page link. Save changes.
Then open finance-business/js/jquery.script.js and comment lines 96-103 as we did. And save changes again. That’s it!

So would you like to keep “up to top” functionality on some pages, but on others to make the button lead to Home page? If so, such result can’t achieved. It’s possible to remove “up to top” functionality completely as we described earlier, but mixing two different actions for one button (even for various pages) can’t be done. Please let me know if you’d like to achieve another result.

Just a simple one hopefully. There seems to be an error in Theme General Settings, then Header. I can’t change any settings as when i press SAVE, it says “Please select a value no less than 60” It does this if I click on the tab and press save without doing anything. At the moment I can’t add the top line bar. Please assist.
