hi, i have a problem with the booking within the events; 2 emails are sent, one to the customer, one to the owner; sometimes, the mail to the owner does not arrive… i think it has something to do with special characters within the title of the event or the owners name; special characters like the ampersand ’ within the events name… could you think of anything why the owners mail would not arrive? this is espescially bad, cause the customer thinks he has a place with the event, and the owner is never notified and there is no other way at all to see the booking…

I have a quick question with regards to Uni Events Calendars Manager. Is there any way to change the 15 minutes interval to 5 minutes interval? Some of our events last 30,35,40, and 45 minutes. Many thanks

Hello, I bought your template, and I really like it, but the problem is that I would like to delete first post, and by that I mean just delete the big picture on the half of the screen and text next to it, I just want to leave the small boxes below, can you help me and guide how to do it? I have a few issues with the theme that I hope we can resolve. I am using the Asana Child theme. I have added a few WooCommerce plugins and deactivated each to test, but to no avail with my 2nd issue. (please note: I only have products in a couple of categories so far).

1) I would like to have a different header image for each Shop category (men’s Tops, women’s bottoms, etc.). For now, there is only one option in the theme’s page header settings for “Page header image on Shop/Product archives/Single product pages”. Is this possible with the theme?

2) The shopping cart collaterals (div.cart-collaterals) seem to have an overflow property that I can’t seem to find which element (using firebug) is causing this. I do not have any custom css code yet in the child theme. (this happens with or without the plugin issue in #3)

3) I use a plugin called Woocommerce Color or Image Variation Swatches. Please visit the site to view the issue (screenshot also below). The hover effect over the product from the template is causing the layout on the archive pages to be very skewed. I’ve colored the font in the screenshot so that the issue is more visible. It there a way to disable the hover effect feature and have a “traditional-woocommerce-style” listing, or, how can we fix the hover issue?

4) Sale page: I am using woocommerce shortcode to display all sale items on one page (here’s the link on my site: http://goo.gl/wEuY8U). The shortcode I use on the page(default template) is: [sale_products per_page=”12”]

Please note, this sale page displays the same whether the color swatches plugin is activated or not. So, it is not the plugin causing this issue. This page should look like the other categories (archive pages), but has quite a number of issues, as you can see.

Last, could you indicate what the child theme functions.php file should look like right out of the package? I’d like to test to see if there are any issues with my child theme functions.php.

I’ve uploaded new favicon images to the media library, renamed with the appropriate names per the support document PDF. However, the favicon isn’t showing up in the browser. What am I doing wrong?

Is there a way to show text only under the slider on the homepage, not the grid? This site is a good example of what I am trying to do.

I’m using Visual Composer to create pages, however, all the elements and rows are stuck in the middle even if I select full width? It’s a lovely design but so far it’s the most difficult theme, I’ve used so far.

Hi there! I’m having some issues with my shopping cart and the theme I was hoping you could help me with.

1) The product images are vertical photos, and so I’ve set up my WooCommerce photo settings to not crop to a square size. The problem is now the photo is overlapping the Additional Details section below. See: http://www.sophabdesign.com/product/lima-sconce-walnut-polished-nickel/

2) Each products have a variety of variations (about 70 overall), and so I’ve uploaded an image for each variation. However when you toggle through all the options, the main image should change with the change of each product variation selected. Unfortunately only the product thumbnail on the left is toggling, not the main image. I have narrowed down that this is likely a theme conflict by activating one of those basic Wordpress themes and the same issues weren’t present.

Hi guys. An issue with logo on 5K displays on the new Macs. The logo appears extremely small; then, when you scroll down and the menu goes sticky, the logo has proper size. Sizes, names and formats in logo settings looks correct. Am I missing anything? Thank you in advance and best regards, Gabriele
