How do I add border & background color to quick finder items (as on this page: http://codex-themes.com/scalia/scalia-quickfinders/boxed-quickfinders/)? I tried setting “Quickfinder Bar Background Color” under theme options, bu that had no effect on my quickfinders.

Also, I would like to have a 2×2 grid of quickfinder items, but it seems to only want to do a 1×4 grid. If I make a quickfinder set with only 2 quickfinder items, it displays in a 1×4 grid, with the first and last spaces empty. How can I make a 2×2 grid (or two 1×2 grids) without leaving this empty space?

On mobile devices however just the images are shown so people know what’s it about. Is it possible to show on mobile devices directly the hovered content ?

and further you say: “IMPORTANT: DON’T TRY TO INSTALL CHILD THEMES IF THE MAIN THEME IS NOT INSTALLED – THIS WILL GIVE NO RESULT”
