A bit confuse on your theme of choosing Javodirectoy or Javohome or javo spot
It seems similar in feature. Can you explain each of them ?
I am looking to make a real estate site. it seems that the directory one may a bit more flexible to do the javo home and house or not ?
One things, any theme can do something like sub property or not.
ex. many unit (contain property detail and location )—> An apartment building (contain building detail and same location)
To see building detail, it may include room/sub property inside the building detail.

If you are looking for a property theme, you need to purchase javo home. They look similar with map feature. but form and search fields are different. even if you know some php, css,... it’s not simple work to customize them (directory themes) to a property theme.
Javo home, spot are the same framework. but home needs to be worked on some updates. we have been trying but it was not completed yet.
anyway, you need to purchase a real-estate theme. javo home.

Pre purchase questions:
On mobile devices seem to disappear the “filters” and instead is replaced by a round red button which shows some filters options but does not seem to work very well, for example the field “Location” do not show “auto-suggestions” when you start typing a location.
Also, In the mobile view the select “Radius” option is not displayed and I think it’s a very important function.
So it is possible to solve these filters issues on mobile devices? Do you have a link to a demo in which these work properly?

It was working with auto-suggestion. however it very narrow on small mobile phones and iphone has smaller space to use dropdown. that’s why we changed to normal one. it was user requests.
We are considering to add a better search form including radius.you can purchase when it’s ready or radius is ready.

This is Jason from javo support team. we apologize any problems you have.
We had worked on WPML compatibility. we sent to wpml team to check our files. they returned us there were some minor issues we needed to fix. ( they are very busy and took very long time). however there were some urgent issues to fix such as wordpress 4.5 update, jquery, new google map API issue (SSL geolocation) and fixed. yes, wpml is important for some of buyers. in fact, only 2,3 buyers need to have multi-lingual site. then we had to work on urgent issues first. that’s why it has been delayed.
we have been preparing new demo with a free premium plugin (it’s cool one ). this has also been delayed for 2 months due to heavy workload. it’s also better to send our file to wpml to check. rather than sending again after update.
Our developers can start working on wpml around the middle of next month (or little later or sooner). we are not sure when it should be ready. because there could be unexpected issues all the time and wpml responses are mostly slow. But I can give you updates whenever anything happened (in support site)
Our support team handles around 100 tickets everyday. it’s really hard to check email and themefores comments for support. one day, someone asked setup issues by email and we found his file is an illegal null file. then we stop email supporting. Rob also had a mistake to give code support (he is not a developer) and it was a problem. that’s why we told him to pass all of our clients questions to support site. it’s also better. support site has all of history what we (support team and buyers) have been talking about. it’s also private place to feel free to share important information. we can mark as important tickets to remind us to keep assisting you. I think it’s pretty good system there rather than email and here. we can’t really assist you quickly all of places.

Great theme, thank you! A couple of kinks.
1. I don’t see a way to replace a regular marker with a custom one (like for the corresponding category) on the single listing page.
2. I’d like to replace some strings with my own. For example, replace “Amenities” with “Services”, etc. The only way to do that right now is to modify the template in the child theme (correct?). I wish these strings were variables in theme settings, so they would be easy to customize.
