I just updated this theme using the auto update and the design was completely different than before. I went to the about link in the customization menu, and found that the theme should have a Appearance > theme options in the admin menu that I did not have. I also found out that the theme I now had on the site was SEO Premium (http://seosthemes.com/seo-free-wordpress-theme/) – not the SmartSEO theme (http://themeforest.net/item/smartseo-seo-marketing-services/full_screen_preview/11406126) that I purchased.

After playing with it for awhile to try and figure out why the wrong product was updated, I finally just deleted the theme, downloaded it fresh from themeforest, and tried to install it. Now the install is failing because the CSS stylesheet is missing from the install file.

Please let me know when and if this file mix-up issue will be fixed.

Dear Sir,

I download the last version of the theme and updated it. The visual composer is not working properly. It only show me half of the page contents in the admin “Page Editing” not all content although all content is showing in front end.

Hi, I think this template is really great, however there are some things which are incomplete and un editable. Please let me know if you will be able to fix any of these bugs.

1. Testimonial text cannot be edited. The title and author is editable but not the main content. (had my Programmer fix this)

2. The Meet Our Team section cannot be edited

3. The form on the contact page cannot be expanded (had my programmer add a different form)

4. The set up you have for the “project pages” is all under the blog section and, in my opinion, it should not be. I will be using this section to showcase my work (websites that I have designed) and I don’t really want this to be mixed up with my blog posts, just not the same thing at all.

I have a problem since i bought this theme and i tried to open a ticket on your support website, but i got an error says that my license key for another product!

I sent you an email too 5 days ago and i didn’t got any response yet.

Anyway, my problem that i can’t activate the “Visual Composer” plugin, each time i put the info i get this error message “Invalid data. Check your information or open support ticket at support.wpbakery.com.” when i logged to that website i got another message “NO LICENSES FOUND It seems that you do not have any valid license for Visual Composer. What does it mean? It may be so that you got Visual Composer by purchasing WordPress theme which does not grant you with direct license for Visual Composer.”

How come there is no license and you said this plugin is included, I managed to install the dummy data without it, but what is the point of including this plugin if it without correct license key?

Please let me know how to fix this or tell me what is the correct data.

Hi, I have a big problem with your support, since i bought this theme until now and that plugin not working, your support sent me a version “js_composer” but once i update it, it stopped to work and asking again to verify my license which i have no idea how to make it work! Your support said that you will fix this, and you nor fixed it nor you replied my emails after this, and i feel that i bought the wrong theme! It’s good theme but your support not as i expected. I removed the new plugin and installed the old one you sent me, and it’s just loading and never allow me to do any editing that it’s made for! If you can please provide me support this time, because it’s the same story as before and i gave up making this works.

i updated the Smart seo theme and it is corrpupt. The design is completely different. Itried tosend a ticket and it says the purchase code is wrong.
