You can’t do that via vBulletin options. But you may want to visit vbulletin.org – there you can finds tons of custom products for vBulletin. I think you may find a product for custom forum icons too.

Unfortunately, vBulletin doesn’t allow to change the size via an option page so you’ll need to edit the size directly via the “css_global.css” template. Go to AdminCP – Styles – Style Manager – YOUR_STYLE – Edit Templates – CSS Templates – css_global.css. Here you need to find the following css rule -

.linkviewcontainer .urlimg_container img {
    max-height: 75px;
    max-width: 90px;
}

Now just set the size you want and save the template.
