thanks for the help, it works. But i have 1 Problem with the Slider “The Piecemaker”. I place the slider on the position “showcase a” but the slider ist not on the right Place. The slider is not centered on the Template. When i use the “YJ Piecemaker” slider everything ist ok. Please help me. Thank you.

Hello, I’m thinking about purchasing this very nice template but I’d like to know if the piecemaker slider has a jQuery equivalent included? I’d like the slider to work on all devices, including iPhones & iPads.

Yes, template has 5 types of sliders for version 1.5 and 4 types of sliders for version 1.6.
When I want the level in any button in the main menu to be “registered” the button disappears from the main menu. For example, I want Contacts to have the level “registered” instead of “public” When I do that, the button Contacts disappear from the many menu. How can I solve this problem? Thank you.
Any idea when a 1.7 version may be available?

i have a problem with the template. I have a german Joomla Site Version 1.6. I would like to install the Template, but it doesn´t works. I Navigate to Extensions > Extension Manager. Go to browse, and select the zipped wd_QuickM_theme folder. Hit Upload File & Install, the template was not uploaded and installed. The Browser sends no error message. I have the same Problem under Version 1.5.23. Please help me, the Template is so nice and i would like to use it. Thanks

This problem in your hosting services. You must increase the upload file size to 10Mb in admin panel hosting.
I have done what you mention, but the translations are not shown on the website. I have also tried to do the necessary in the language/es-ES.com_contact.ini, but it still does not work. Please, I need to solve this problem.

If you use version 1.5 find language file for contactmap language/en-GB/en-GB.com_contactmap.ini
Also, I need to translate into Spanish wordings like “Thank you for your contact” etc in the contacts. Please tell me how to do it. Many thanks.

If you want change contact form (for vesrion 1.6) find file en-GB.com_contact.ini Open its any text editor. And change on your words.
If you want change news pro, find file en-GB.mod_news_pro_gk4.ini Open its any text editor. And again change on your words.
With other modules and components make in the same way.

The template supports both versions Joomla 1.5 and 1.6 You can use for version 1.5 or 1.6 Joomla.
@Venanznio – I don’t have the template loaded at the moment as I need to wait for a version which works with J!1.7 but if I recall correctly, you would edit the “Name Here” contact under components | Contacts

How i can change the contact page on Quick M template?? I have three contacts on the page with subpages underneath the map, contact information, contact form, links etc. .... where I edit their content?? from the Components section – Contact am alone but the way the company name and the rest do not change … I apologize for the inconvenience.

I went into the \templates\wd_quickm_theme\index.php file but not sure what to edit. Do i edit the section starting in line 46? that says Cufon Replace?

Thank you, That fixed the font issue, but what about the sizing? It’s not the same as the other menu items? Is there a setting somewhere for this?
Edit: NEvermind, I got it. The font will not format to the correct size when the menu item is a Seperator. I switch it to an external link with a target of # and it worked fine. Thank you.

Woo Doo updated the template to 1.6, so I would expect him to do so for 1.7, as it is a point update, rather than a full one.
(1.6 ->> 1.7 rather than 1.0 ->> 1.5)
Mr Woo Doo, I believe that is a fair expectation but a win-win, as you wont sell many templates for an obsolete joomla core.
So I’ll be patient and await your hard work sir, as I’m sure everyone who has brought your templates will.

I did mean Polish in your languages folder of Joomla, but you’ve done that already.
I wish I could help, but I’m just an Australian and popping in an EN-AU language .ini did the trick for me.
