Hello, Is a Child Theme available?
Hello, of course our theme support child themes.
And where can I find /inc/oneclick-demo-import/demo-files/1/revslider/ folder? I have no any such folders in my theme downloaded files
Hello, you can find it in theme plugin: /wp-content/plugins/thebuilt-theme-addons/inc/oneclick-demo-import/demo-files/1/revslider/. But you does not need to do this because all revolution sliders can be imported from theme 1-click demo data feature. I had another installed theme from themeforest on my website. So I’ve manualy installed Thebuilt theme, made the Wordpress reset via plugin, activated all plugins and import demo. Add your WordPress access details to ticket and our support will check where is your menu. Also you can check Appearance > Menus > Top menu, maybe you disabled it from Top menu position or disabled top menu in Appearance > Theme Control Panel > Header settings. Hello, your hosting encoding does not configured correctly for Cyrillic (Russian) symbols usage in WordPress. You need to ask your hosting support for help. Theme does not manage your encoding in WordPress and does not related to it. Our theme does not have any problem with Russian symbols and support Russian language.

OK but is it possible to manage RTL manually, by adding css code linked to id RTL page ? Is it possible to add css code ? It is easy to find the specific id for each page ? Thanks for details.
RTL feature is not easy by itself, you will need to add a lot of css to move every elements from left to right eveywhere in theme elements, designs and content itself. And unfortunately we does not have any CSS to help you with this, you will be need to do all this yourself, without any help from our side, because this is not a RTL theme (only few themes on Themeforest have full RTL support).
Ok but there is a way to customize the css in your template ?
Of course you can make ANY site RTL compatible by writing correct RTL CSS changes for this site. But this is a LOT of HARD work and you must be experienced CSS developer for this.

Yes, you just need install WPML plugin and enable its language switcher.

WPML have different settings for its position and you can even put it in any place using WPML special tag for this (if you edit theme template file).

- can the front slider do ken burns effect?
- can testimonials layout set in 3 columns? And can testimonials have button that opens up PDF file in lightbox mode?
- can a contact form opens up in lightbox mode?
- can some backgrounds use pattern image (jpg or gif)?
- can the header height be adjusted to accommodate tall/square-shaped logo?
- I see a brief flash/jerk on the slider when I change from one slide to another, is this a bug and can it be fixed?

You can disable second menu, search, etc that you don’t need in header.

Yes, check this demo with fullwidth header option turned on – http://wp.magnium-themes.com/thebuilt/thebuilt-5/?header_fullwidth=1 . You may see some left/right paddings but it can be easy disabled with custom css that you can add in theme control panel:
